How To Treat Severe Vaginal Pain And Bleeding While Placing IUD?
My doctor feels I have a uterine infection, possibly from a newly replaced iud. She performed a vaginal ultrasound and suggested removal but would not remove it that day, but is having me wait one month. I have been spotting and have had discharge for 2 months, since the iud. When the old iud was removed it was a difficult removal, then when then new iud was placed it was difficult, painful, I fainted and bleed heavily.

From history it seems that there might be having some infection in your genital tract due to irritation of old IUD.
After difficult removal of old IUD and inserting new IUD might precipitated the infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5-7 days and your Gynaec will remove new IUD after infection subsided.
