How To Treat Shallow Breathe With A Loud Noise All The Time?
I shallow breathe with a loud noise all the time and have been doing this for about 6 months. The only diagnosis I have received is anxiety but I am addressing this and there is no change. I am taking quetapel 100mg 1 morning and night and 25mg at lunch. This only works temporarily. I am over this. Please help

Hi,
To identify the proper diagnosis, I'd suggest to run further tests including:
- EKG
- cardiac echo
- chest X-ray
- spirometry
- abdominal ultrasound
If the tests will be ok, normal, then, most probably it is related to being anxious/stressed out/ work overloaded.
