How To Treat Sharp Burning Sensation And Pain In The Right Leg After An Injury?
I am 22 years old female. Average health. 5,5. I had an bike injury where the handle bar jabbed me in my right inner-upper thigh... near my groin area. The bruising went down, the swelling went down, and the C mark the handle bar left is pretty much gone away. I am able to walk... but I get a lot of pain in the thigh where the bruise used to be... and sometimes I get sharp pains throughout my entire leg and down to my feet. It hurts and I can often feel a warm/burning sensation randomly throughout my entire leg. At first the feeling was isolated to only my thigh, but not my foot gives me pain/burning sensation. I have a dent as well as a hard collections near the dent. What do these symptoms mean? How do I treat it. I already went for a Ultra Sound and then they had me do CT Scan... I want to know what the CT checking for when usually I read about the Ultra Sound being done... Thank you
It could be an inflammatory pain. As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
