How To Treat Sharp Knee Pain And Bruise Caused After Injury?

I hit my knee on a metal pole holding bouncy house down. I tripped hit the pole then my boot heel caught and slamed it back into the pole. This was last sat. I m having trouble walking brusied real bad sharp pains alot in kneecap. Plus there s a large round circle around knee looks like bruise but its a line. My sac broke as well. Won t stop hurting ang can t sleep at nite

Hi there... get an X ray of the knee and heel taken to rule out fracture. Meantime you can apply cold ice compress over the bruised area and spray on volini/painkiller.
