How To Treat Sharp Pain And Bleeding From Frenulum Tear In Penis?

I ripped my frenulum last night during intercourse and felt a very sharp pain, I didn t think anything of it until I came out and noticed there was blood on the blanket we have down on our bed, so I ended up finishing in the end as I came out and noticed there was blood all over my penis and hand, so I wiped it up with tissue paper, and it kept bleeding so I felt nauseous and sick and almost passed out because I was freaking out, so I went and had a shower rinsed it all out, and as I was doing so I had peeled back the frenulum enough to see how bad it was it looks like to me that it has fully separated, should I consult my in town clinic to make sure I do or don t need any medication?, or let it heal and clean it regularly as specified from what I have read so far and let my body heal itself?

I understand your concern.
Tear in the frenulum does cause bleeding as it is one of the vascular tissue.
Kindly take care of the wound to heal completely by rinsing the lesion with povidine solution and applying antibacterial cream like Neomycin. You need take analgesic medication like Ibuprofen after food for the pain.
Wear loose fitting underwear and abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely. Keep the wound clean and healthy to avoid infection.
