I m 31 yr old female and keep having left shoulder pain upper back pain travels to neck and head comes and goes but it mostly happens at night every night also have sweaty palms that get could during this process chest pain on left right and middle mor like a quick sharp pain I do suffer from anxiety but don t have a panic attack until the pain starts because I m dreaming out think I m about to die been to emergency recently I felt like they really didn t care but Bp was great oxygen level was great and EKG was good heart rate good please help I m not sure what this could be taking mess for anxiety for awhile now and never had these symptoms before o and also Prilosec but that s not elevating any pains I m having really scared pls help I don t have money to pay for this but I would really like some help
