Ive got pains in my sides pains in my back headaches over tired all the time can t stop peeing got constipation my nose keeps bleeding which is weird for me i feel dizzy ive lost my eppetite n then randomly crave foods and then i get nauseus and can t eat it i last had my periods in november i had sex for the 1st time 19th december i had what i thought was my periods on the 24th december till 26th but it was light its now the 22nd january still no periods took 4 pregnancy tests all negative im confused??
Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone that is released in pregnancy. They can normally pick it up by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If you did a test in this time frame then it is accurate and you are not pregnant.
There are other causes of delayed period such as: (1) polycystic ovarian syndrome (2)emotional stress or illness (3)abnormal levels of thyroid hormone (4)physical illness (5)high levels of prolactin hormone (6)intense exercise
It may be best to visit your doctor to determine the reason for your period delay. This may require blood tests and imaging.
