sinus pressure sfter snorting meth

I've been useing crystal meth (i know, I know) to assist with weight loss (i was bordering morbidly obese and I did loss most of it on my own) and to help fight exhustion from working 60+ hrs a week.I am a small "dose"user with 1 gram lasting close to 2 weeks, That being said i;ve notice that the last two days my left sinus (th side i use most often) seems to have pressure.I would not think that it is a infection as i have had no discoloured mucus, I also stimulate myself to sneeze regularly to clear the debris accumulated in my nasal passages from work and this mucus always remains clear (aside from the black dust) if you have any thoughts as to what may be causing the pressure i would gladly take your advice.Thank you kindly Pam B
