I am Dr Sriram Nathan who has seen and treated lakhs of patients with sinusitis.
In your case if the treatment that is the antibiotic is not working that means that the treatment is either wrong or the diagnosis is wrong.
You can do these:
-take steam inhalation three times in a day with a good vaporiser -if the antibiotics are not working then you may want to try injectable medications in consultation with your doctor -take a CT PNS and get back to me or any ENT with the reports -Lastly although many pharmacists are very experienced, it can never be compared to the experience of a clinician who has been doing more than just dispensing medicines so if you do have a doubt you must give your doctor another chance and consult him or any other ENT.
hope this helps
regards
Dr Sriram Nathan
