Hi,

A possibility of viral infection must be ruled out first. If the skin rashes are mild you can take oral antihistamine such as cetirizine or loradadine. Avoid sun exposure, an aloe vera cream may be smoothening for the skin rashes on your face.

If the rashes become troublesome you may have to stop taking R-Cinex and consult your doctor for alternate effective treatment of tuberculosis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
