How To Treat Sleep Apnea While Suffering From RLS?

I have sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome . I use a cpap machine and medication for the Rls.I struggle with the cpap machine and average 1-2 hours a night . The medication for Rls makes me feel very fatigued throughout the day .What can I go to improve my sleep?

Hi.Can understand your concern...As per your query about sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome...As far as sleep apnea is concerned it can be due to anxiety and stress.You need to bring some modifications in your routine like spend some time in yoga and meditation it will relax you.Try to engage yourself in some or other activities so that there is no anxiety and at night try deep breathing without any thing in your mind.It will help you..If this doesnt help you should consult a psychiatrist for proper counselling and prescribing medication fo regularisation of sleep.For restless legs there can be vitamin deficiency and for which you are fatigued also.Should take a high nutritional diet.Take a multivitamin tablet daily for some days.You will surely get relief.I hope the information helps you.Take care .
