How To Treat Slight Brown Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi, i am 12 weeks pregnant. There was brown discharge on 7th week. Then 2/3 drops bleeding after urination on 8th & 10 week of pregnancy. Last week, when I was 11+ week pregnant, there were 2/3 drops brown discharge (which lasted almost three days) every time after urination. We had no sexual relationship from Pregnancy confirmation. Whenever I travel to my doctor, usually this prob occurs. I was in complete bed rest from 7th week of pregnancy. Had an usg on last saturday & it says-- 12+weeks of viable pregnancy with a 1.1 com fibroid. Placental location- posterior upto os. What can I do? Shall I have to quit my job and take bed rest?

Well come to HCM
Such bleeding during gestation period is some time happens this could be normal or due to detachment of placenta, taking rest ideally does not prove anything because if the placenta going to detached any how then nothing can prevent it, and if this not then even after the routine activity it does not matters, nothing is going to happen to conception, but this was usually given advise for rest, condition need to be kept under close super vision this of course necessary, take care and good luck.
