How To Treat Snoring And Groaning Noise During Sleep?
Someone I know snores/wheezes while they sleep, this person also swallows/makes loud clicking-swallowing noises while sleeping. Lastly, this person tosses and turns a lot during sleep, hogs the bed, tries to lay on their back while putting legs up bent like the foot is on the bed flat. What can I do to help this person?
