How To Treat Sore Neck Due To Osteoarthritis And Degenerative Disc Disease?

Hi, I am a 44 yr old female with sore neck and occipital area on right side only. x-ray reveals mild osteoarthritus and degenerative disc disease. I have clicking and loose feeling also on the right side. My mother has severe Rheumatoid. I have been having this problem for over a year now. I have had massage (5sessions) physio (5 sessions) and 6 sessions of chiro. Still the same. can this be instabiliy or occipital neuralgia???
