How To Treat Sore Throat, Coughing And Phlegm?

hi :)im bed ridden with a headache, sore throat with bumps, a temp. of 39.4, and no energy. . it hurts when i swallow and iv tried everything, lemon and water, painkillers, difflam, butter menthols, salty warm water and im in bed sweating with socks on. . im concerned mostly about my sore throat with recent painful coughing and phlemn. .please tell me what i can do to get better and stop the pain!thanks so much!!
