I'm a 33 yr old female with a absent kidney that hasnt caused any problems so far in life but I went to the ER with a sore throat and my BP was 136/94 I'm around 5'4 and about 150lbs so not terribly obese and I've been walking 1 mile daily for the last couple of weeks.... What should I do?
For treatment of sore throat you have to avoid irritants like spicy foods and oily foods.
Drink more water. Do salt water gargling for relife of sore throat.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking. warm water can use .
Your blood pressure is little bit high. So avoid salty foods and start exercise regularly. After this much care still blood pressure is high than antihypertensive drugs can start. Regularly mesure your blood pressure.
After taking this much care stil symptoms are present than antibiotics can start.
