Slightly press tongue and examination of posterior pharynx done for congestion.... By pus or food debris accumulation white spot seen over tonsil. Take amoxyclav like antibiotic for 5 days. Excess spicy food avoided. For few days take soft and bland diet... Fruits more.... Salt water gargles done... The dizziness can be temporary as in past by hypoglycemia , low blood pressure or otilogical cause. If dizziness continuous or frequent then complete otological examination needed with rinne and weber test, PTA and otoscopy. With keeping my answer in mind consult Ent surgeon for examination.
