General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Vertigo is not a disease , but it is a symptom, to show that there is some abnormality in the body.
Usually the causes may be the anemia, infection of the internal ear, gastric irritation, hypertension, heart problem, diabetes.ischemia of brain due to vascular problem.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have M.R.I,E.C.G, ECHO, and other blood tests for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
