How To Treat Soreness And Swelling Inside Mouth After Undergoing Scaling?
I had scaling done on one side of my mouth and had novacaine. I bit the side of my cheek and it formed a white patch. Went back to dentist and he said the swelling would go down. It is not sore nor do I think infected but how long does it take to heal. It has been a week.

Read your query as you have soreness and swellig inside mouth after undergoing scaling for this you do warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day and you can apply ointment like Gum paint on gums and Anaesthetic ointment like Mugel or Mucopain on cheeks 2 to 3 times a day .
There is nothing to be worried so much follow remedies if you wont get releif then consult oral surgeon for oral examination .
