How To Treat Spider Bite On Shoulder?

I believe I have a spider bite on my left shoulder. It began with a blister like bump that was itchy and now is about a quarter of an inch around, has a couple of small holes that pus will come out of when I squeeze it, and the skin around the holes is raised, a bit hard and tender. It has been about two weeks and is still a problem. What can I do?
