How To Treat Stage IV Lung Cancer?
my aunt has stage IV lung cancer with the tumor wrapped around the aorta. She went through Chemo and Radiation from last July to January. The tumor shrunk then but now without any chemo it has grown back pressing on the main artery. She now is on hospice. Would she be a canditate for a new heart?

She has lung cancer stage 4. So surgery will not help. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy remains treatment options. But despite of treatment prognosis is not good. Life expectancy is not good.
