General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the stomach pain.

I went through the narration made in your query and I am of the opinion that the symptoms are suggestive of peptic ulcer (a break in the continuity in the stomach lining).

I advise you to visit a physician for proper evaluation and relevant investigations like urea breath test or stool antigen for the detection of the bacteria H. pylori which may be responsible for the ulcer or endoscopy.

You may need a course of Triple therapy in the form of one proton pump inhibitor plus two antibiotics for a period of 2 weeks followed 4-6 weeks course for a proton pump inhibitor only.

Beside, you must avoid smoking, stress, alcohol, hot and spicy meals, coffee, etc.
