How To Treat Stomach Pain, sinus Drainage And Headache?

My 86 year old mother has a bp of 162 over 82. She takes blood pressure meds and had a stent put in recently. She is having stomach issues today (pains in lower abdomen and hasn't had a bm since Thursday) along with sinus drainage, a headache, and a temp of 100.4 F. Should I take her in to the emergency room or wait until regular hours tomorrow?

Hi
Welcome to HCM
Bp of your mother is 162/84 mmhg . The Systolic pressure is relativly little greater than the normal the normal limit . 3 months back angioplasty was done. Due to strees or lack of sleep it may raised up to 160 mg . Then no need to give medication .

Is she had any other complication like diabetes?
In my opinion you must be consult once with ER doctors even she had no other complication like dizziness or palpitations.
It can't be advised without any physical examination of patient need any medication or not. MUST VISIT TO DOCTOR.
