How To Treat Stone In Bladder While Having Chronic Kidney Disease And Anemia?

I have chronic kidney disease and chronic anemia I was born with a large stone in my bladder which I just now at 35 am told is so big it will slap me in the face but its a birth defect, plusi have a split kidney and kidney stones that are messing up the function of my right kidney, should I be on a special diet or how do I determine a stage for this???
