How To Treat Sudden Fatigue With Shaky Hands?

Yesterday a friend pops around so I went off to make us both a cup of tea. I started to feel really odd, very hot and weak need. So I said I would have to sit while he made the tea and as I sat there my hands were shaking really badly. It went off after about a half hour or so.

Hi!
I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
In the way you describe it might have been a sudden low of blood pressure.
If this was the first time it happened and despite this moment you are feeling good or don't have any other symptoms I don't think you should worry.

Just to be sure that nothing wrong is going on I suggest you to do some simple tests such as:- complete blood count to exclude an anemia (low number of red blood cells and low Hemoglobin).
- Blood sugar to exclude a hypoglicemia.

If this tests will be normal and this condition will keep happening I suggest to consult a doctor for further examination.

Hope I was able to help you.
Take care.
