How To Treat Swelling And Rashes Around Eyes?
I have a rash around my eyes, red, swelling, goes above eyebrows around eyes and under eyes just past my nose. It burns and feels stiff. I had it once about a week ago. Who would I go to for check up. I have no insurance, and very little money. help
