General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having some swelling on feet is common at this stage of pregnancy due to pressure of fetus on veins.
But seeing your symptoms toxemia of pregnancy should be ruled out.
You might require some blood work, frequently measuring of your blood pressure and ultra sound examination.
consult your Obst and get examined.
Ok and take care.
