How To Treat Swelling In Tendons & Foot With Difficulty Walking, Keeping Ice Hasn T Helped?

My whole leg from top all the way to my foot is swollen and I can t walk. I know my tendons are swollen,and I ve been in bed for six days putting ice on it,but it s very swollen still. What else can I do to get better? Thank you for taking your time to sneer me.

First we have to find out what is the cause of this pain. Did you had any trauma or it occur with some fever associated. I would also request you to get blood investigation like ESR and CRP to check if it is abnormal. Meanwhile you should take painkiller like Brufen and rest. Continue ice application and also apply compression bandage and keep your foot elevated over pillow.
