How To Treat Swollen Gland?

Hi.. I have what feels like a knot or a swollen gland on my left side. Its in my crease of my leg.. It keeps getting bigger and is hurting a little bit more. I'm not sure how to explain exactly where it is. But when I feel directly across from it on the other side.. I feel a smaller one. Maybe a lymph node?? Not sure

Thank you for asking!
ENlarged lymph node needs a little examination and work up with complete clinical correlation for assessing the node and sorting out the etiology. Could be infection, Lymphadenitis, tuberculosis, some groin infections, syphilis and other STDs and lymphomas may present that way.
Get to a doctor nearby and let them assess this swelling node for you. Some little work up like CBC, ESR and LDH will clear things up.
I hope it helps
