How To Treat Swollen Labial Frenulum?

My superior labial frenulum is swollen. i think iI might might have cut it with my tooth brush while brushing. It is swollen and has been like that for four days. I took Cataflam and Ampicilin & cloxacillin antibiotics. How long before the swelling reduces.

There might be minor abrasion or cuts, which lead to inflammation and gave rise to symptoms. Nothing much to worry as it can be easily managed. You can apply topical antibiotic ointment, like Mupirocin over the region. Oral antibiotics, like Amoxicillin/Clavulanate combination has to be taken. In case of pain, you can take analgesics, like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac.
