How To Treat Swollen Lump At Butt Crack?

I have a painful swollen lump at the very top of my buttcrack. It isn't puss filled. It's a slightly darker color than my skin. It's extremely painful no matter what I'm doing, but especially when there is pressure on it. So far ice and advil have done nothing for the pain. How can I make this stop hurting.
