How To Treat Swollen Lymph Nodes Leading To Pain In Breasts?

Hi, I am a 52 year old female, generally good health, The last 5 mammograms I have reported tenderness in my left axilla, breast region, all normal mammograms The past 2 t o3 months the pain has intensified (up to a 5), constant, dull ache, occasional burning feeling Breast US last week had several black holes ,all in the area of pain was told the US was normal other than swollen lymph nodes I feel like something is growing in my left chest area, chest feels full, sorta like when I had pericarditis a few years ago, yet no orthopnea or dyspnea I have a MOG scheduled for next week Was advised to follow up with my primary care provider, annual exam was scheduled for a week away, he just rescheduled for 3 weeks out I am scared and another three weeks seems like an eternity Should I try and see him sooner just for this issue or wait?
