Hi! My mom has a red swollen rash on her leg. She said it is hard to touch and there is a warm/hot feeling to it. She also mentioned that it hurts sometimes. She went to her primary physician and they told her that everything is fine, but we know its not normal to have something like that for almost a year. What can this be? My grandmother has a history of diabetes. Could it be link to that?
