Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I fell a few months ago and injured my wrist, it was tender and sore for weeks. Seemed to be better until today when I was doing yard work with an electric hedge trimmer. Now my wrist is tender, not sore and my hand trembles severely when I try to hold something. Should I apply cold or heat to my wrist?
It is possible that the muscles in your hand may have become weak due to the trauma and immobilisation. You can do stretching exercises and heat healthy. Apply warm soaks to improve blood circulation.
Thanking you.

Dr. Aashish Raghu
