How To Treat The Cyst In The Right Ovary And Stone In The Appendix?

I went to the emergency room yesterday in extreme pain on my lower right abdomen and radiating to my right side. I had a CT scan and was told that I have a large cyst on my right ovary as well as a stone in my appendix. The pain is still there, and I m waiting for an appointment with an obgyn, which I am scheduled for tomorrow, but what about the stone in my appendix? I m worried and in so much pain.. Just not sure what to do..

I can understand this as long as the problem of appendix is concern if there is stone in that then this need to be removed and for the cyst of ovary this can be managed conservatively hope this information take care, have nice day.
