How To Treat The Cyst Of My Son's Thigh?

My soon has a cyst on his inner thigh. That is changing locations. He also has chills. This lump
came after moving an excessive amount of furniture over the past three of three hottest day. Loss of appetite, & excessive sleep. Please advice, age 28 yrs old.
