Hi doctor, I had moderate acne on the side of my cheeks,was using adapalene gel 0.1% from past 2 weeks.I apply it all over my face overnight everyday.My full face seems shiny n plastic type tight.also recently my skin near my neckline and the sides of my neck became very red n developed rashes.It burns even if i wash my face and is very itchy.I tried applying cetaphil moisturiser but it itches.I have stopped using adapalene.The skin of my neck seems turning dark like burnt n its shiny.please help. Thank you.
