How To Treat The Fry Foreskin Caused By Masturbating On A Soap?

Hi, i have recently masturbated with a kind of handsoap and i didn't wash the soap off, well not that good. And the next day the foreskin became dry and pretty much everywhere i used the soap, not the head tho. It's been like this for about 3 days now, please give advice on how to heal it.
