How To Treat The Low Hormones And Electrolytes Level During Menopause?

Hello I just had some blood tests showing that my electrolytes are low. I am going through. Menapause and feel unwell with hot flushes, irregular heartbeat dizziness,fatigue. I also had hormone test and this came back low. I feel I I am going crazy. What do you recommend

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You are going through menopause. Hot flush, fatigue, dizziness are common in menopause. Don't worry much about that. You should take hormone replacement therapy. Consult your gynaecologist and take treatment accordingly.
For electrolytes abnormality please send me your report of sodium, potassium and chloride s well as bicarbonate level. So that I can help you further.
