How To Treat The Severe Cough Boots?
iha ve reapeted boots of sever cough that lead to suffocation and vomiting ,i taked erythromycine drug for 9 days ago with no benefit, now i take hydrocortizone injection , the boots becoming shorter but increase in number, please help me thank you.

Severe cough may be due to many reasons like infection,allergy,carcinoma etc.
You may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Empirically you have taken right antibiotics but underlying etiology should be searched.
Besides clinical correlation,routine investigations,initially chest X-ray (PA view)should be taken.
CT scan of thorax may be needed after evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.
