hello, are there benefits to seeking treatment in some states rather than others in the usa for stage four adenocarcinoma of the lung? has spread to four or five local lymph nodes and also to the sacrum. don t know the specific dna of the cells yet. thanks, ward

Hi,
Stage 4 adenocarcinoma is not curable since the cancer has already spread to distant sites. The management is paliative chemoradiotherapy. Immunotherapy can be tried based on receptor mutations associated with malignant cells.
