Here, no issue with alaspan (loratadine) as it is also good antiallergic medicine. Here,there is no need to be worry because of jaundice and also her billirubin is also slightly high. She must take full course of antibiotics (quinolones or macrolides preferred) for at least 5 to 7 days to prevent any super-infection. Her blocked nose will also be covered by this treatment.
