Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Throat infection or chest pain are the symptoms of upper respiratory infection or allergic bronchitis etc.

If your daughter have been tested and result came negative then she should take symptomatic treatment like bronchodilators (steroids, alpha agonists, anticholinergics), anti-allergic
(antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers) with analgesics on sos basis if there is pain.

Here, no issue with alaspan (loratadine) as it is also good antiallergic medicine.
Here, there is no need to be worry because of jaundice and also her billirubin is also slightly high.

She must take full course of antibiotics
(quinolones or macrolides preferred) for at least 5 to 7 days to prevent any super-infection.

Her blocked nose will also be covered by this treatment.
Avoid cold water or drinks.

Take steam inhalation and steroid nebulizers regularly or till the infection subsides.

Avoid exposure of dust and consult pulmonologist for further advise
