How To Treat Throat Infection?

hi my roomate had a throat infection for some days now and she took robitussin and nyquil which did not work so now she is taking dimetapp she is feeling a bit better since last night I have the same symptoms should i took azithromycin should i take dimetapp too..

Hi. YOu can take either of Dimetaap or Azithromycing. Both are good in upper respiratory infections.
Continue Azithromycins, it is still a drug of choice . Please complete the course and even on a slightest of the hint consult an ENT Surgeon for opinion and treatment .
