How To Treat Throat Obstruction Caused After Intake Of Doxycycline Pill?
I forgot to drink a lot of water after taking doxycycline last night (2 capsules, around 6 pm) and now feel something lodged in my esophogus. I drank a whole glass of water later last night (around 9:30 pm), when I realized what I had done, but am still feeling something stuck in my throat.What else can I do to dislodge or dissolve the capsules?I am 63 years old, about 140 lb and 5 7 and am taking the doxycycline for lyme disease.

Don't be in panic it sometimes happen.
So first of all eat very rapidly two bananas ,one after another and you will feel that doxycyclin capsule has passed downward in the stomach .
Otherwise capsule has soft gelatine that also dissolve within 12 hours but since you are feeling so tension .
In my opinion this will work as I have tried on many patients.
