How To Treat Tinnitus?

I am a 58 year old male with slight tinnitus. An acupuncturist advised eating cashews since Traditional Chinese Medicine relates the kidney to ear health, and said that cashews were vital to kidney health. I am now reading that cashews are to be avoided if you have an unhealthy kidney. Who can I believe?

hello, thanks for ur query, at 58 yrs , cashews r not good for cardiac health. u need to be evaluated with Ent surgeon for loss of hearing , it's always associated with tinnitus. all d best. take care.
