I am a 58 year old male with slight tinnitus. An acupuncturist advised eating cashews since Traditional Chinese Medicine relates the kidney to ear health, and said that cashews were vital to kidney health. I am now reading that cashews are to be avoided if you have an unhealthy kidney. Who can I believe?
