My wife, constantly tired with no energy but also does more than her share of house hold chores. She is always tired. The big problem is I can't get her to see a doctor. She is nearly 70 and we have only Medicare but are financially able to pay for any emergency

Hi. The of 70 can itself can be a reason of tiredness. If this has occurred over a short period of time, it is advisable to at least go for certain blood tests, and an examination by a Doctor. There are so many reasons , can be anemia, or a general cause. So I would advise to take her to the Doctor so that an emergency is not needed if the diagnosis is done in an early age and stage.
