We were having unprotected sex. And I felt a a lot of pain while inserting. After a while, The tip of my penis skin is torn and it was bleeding for a while. It s hardly been a day since this incident. It hurts when I pee or try to touch or pull my penis back. What should I do?

It really hurts when you injure your foreskin while having sex. Don't try anything as of now. Clense the wound everyday with mild antiseptic solution. Apply soframycin ointment twice daily. It should heal in a week time.
