How To Treat Twisting And Turning Feeling After Riding Roller Coasters?
Whenever I go to an amusement park, I ride a ton of rides and roller coasters, but when I go to bed I feel like I am on the roller coasters again. I feel like I am twisting and turning and I am miserable; I can t sleep! Do you think there is any medicine or any tricks to get rid of this? Thanks.
A mind full of thoughts, anxiety, worry also stimulate your body to release adrenaline and other stress related hormones. This is especially true at night when you lie in bed and in a quiet dark room you cannot focus. While your brain perceives this as stress and the real danger is not actually present.
This extra boost of energy due to adrenaline rush has no use, this can leave you feeling restless and making impossible to fall in asleep. Deep breathing exercises, yoga and meditations can helps to resolve this problems. If your symptoms are chronic better you consult a clinical psychologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
