How To Treat Tympanomastoiditis?

my Doctors impressions with the result of CT scan of my both ears is that Bilateral Tympanomastoiditis and Mild Bilateral maxillary sinusitis. Sclerosis in both mastoids may indicate chronicity of the mastoiditis. Is it Dangerous and what treatment or medication necessary?
