How do you treat typhoid psychosis? Do you just treat the typhoid Bacteria and the patient recovers or do yo still go ahead and treat the psychosis with antipsychotics?

yes typhoid psychosis can only be treated by treating typhoid with antibiotic & other symptomatic treatment. but its important to rule out any possibility of neuroinfection in the child
